Recurring Payments, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We prioritize transparency in our billing, subscription, and refund policies to ensure a seamless experience for our users. Please review the details below regarding payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds.

Method of Payment

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD for online payments. Payments are securely processed through our payment provider to ensure a smooth and safe transaction experience.

Service Delivery

Aule.AI is a SaaS platform, and all services are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once a user subscribes, they gain immediate access to the platform and its features.

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to the registered email address. This email will serve as proof of payment and subscription activation.

Return Policy / Cancellation & Replacement Policy

  • No returns, cancellations, or replacements are possible after a transaction is completed.
  • All payments are final. Once processed, they cannot be reversed.
  • Users can cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.

Recurring Payments & Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings to avoid unwanted charges.
  • Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not trigger a refund for the remaining period.

Invoices & Refunds

  • Invoices are generated automatically and provided for all transactions.
  • Refunds are not permitted, except in cases where explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • Chargebacks are waived upon accepting our terms of service.
