Method of Payment
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD for online payments. Payments are securely processed through our payment provider to ensure a smooth and safe transaction experience.
Service Delivery
Aule.AI is a SaaS platform, and all services are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once a user subscribes, they gain immediate access to the platform and its features.
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to the registered email address. This email will serve as proof of payment and subscription activation.
Return Policy / Cancellation & Replacement Policy
No returns, cancellations, or replacements are possible after a transaction is completed.
All payments are final. Once processed, they cannot be reversed.
Users can cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
Recurring Payments & Subscription Management
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings to avoid unwanted charges.
Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not trigger a refund for the remaining period.
Invoices & Refunds
Invoices are generated automatically and provided for all transactions.
Refunds are not permitted, except in cases where explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Chargebacks are waived upon accepting our terms of service.
